Cocktail Meatballs

Breakfast is an essential part of our meal and like the saying goes,  its important that one eats breakfast like a king. Most often, breakfast is the one meal that we ignore the most during weekdays and hence I make sure that on weekends, we have a good breakfast. I must confess, that it is more a brunch, and it is indeed a very convenient arrangement since we can skip lunch!

Of all the places that we like to go for our big brekkie, there is one that is double fold great - Breakfast at Ikea.
We love their simple yet awesome breakfast, and the best part is the shopping after brekkie - after all who goes to Ikea and returns without buying a handfull (to say the least). Even though Mr Everything is not a big fan of Ikea shopping - simply because I take too much time wandering here and there, throw in the option of breakfast or meatballs, he is more that willing to visit Ikea. We also make it a point to buy their Swedish meatballs.

Here is a great starter dish that you can make with meatballs. It is so simple, that its almost effortless, but tastes divine and is a perfect finger food! Go ahead and try this simple recipe !
